Yes, we provide comprehensive customs clearance support for all cross-border shipments within Europe. Our team handles all necessary documentation including CMR, T1/T2 transit documents, export/import declarations, and certificates of origin. We're AEO-compliant (Authorized Economic Operator), which means faster customs processing at borders. All customs fees and duties are transparently itemized in your quote.

Our reefer fleet can maintain temperatures from -25°C to +25°C, covering frozen goods, chilled products, and temperature-sensitive items. Each truck is equipped with real-time temperature monitoring and data logging to ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP) and pharmaceutical (GDP) standards. You'll receive temperature logs with your delivery documentation for complete traceability.

Every shipment includes real-time GPS tracking. Once your cargo is loaded, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS that shows live location, estimated arrival time, and delivery status updates. Our system provides automatic notifications at key milestones: pickup confirmed, border crossings, and delivery completion. You can also contact our 24/7 dispatch team anytime for updates.

All our shipments include CMR insurance as standard, which covers cargo loss or damage up to 8.33 SDR per kilogram (approximately €10/kg). For high-value goods, we offer supplementary cargo insurance with coverage up to the full declared value. We recommend full value insurance for electronics, machinery, and other valuable items. Insurance details and costs are included in every quote.

For standard routes, you'll receive a quote within 2 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm CET). For complex shipments requiring special arrangements (ADR, oversized cargo, multi-stop routes), quotes are typically provided within 4-6 hours. Urgent quotes for express shipments can be expedited - just let us know your timeline when submitting your inquiry.

We're certified to transport ADR classes 2-9, which includes compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizing substances, toxic materials, corrosive substances, and miscellaneous dangerous goods. All our ADR drivers hold valid ADR certificates and undergo regular safety training. We provide proper documentation, safety equipment, and comply with all European regulations for hazardous goods transport.

Yes, bookings can be modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup without penalty. Changes within 24 hours may incur a small amendment fee depending on the route. Cancellations more than 48 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48-24 hours receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable but we'll work with you to reschedule when possible.

We accept bank transfers (SEPA), company credit accounts (for regular customers with approved credit), and major credit cards for smaller shipments. Regular customers can set up monthly invoicing with net-30 payment terms after credit approval. All prices are quoted in EUR, and we provide detailed invoices with breakdown of transport costs, customs fees, and any additional services.

Our standard trailers accommodate up to 24 metric tons of cargo with loading space for 33 Euro pallets (13.6m long × 2.45m wide × 2.7m high internal dimensions). We can handle up to 100m³ of volume for lighter shipments. For oversized or heavy cargo exceeding these limits, we offer specialized transport solutions with permits - contact us for specific requirements.
